Day 2 and 3

OK so day 2 was a little better, because I prefer savory over sweet always.
The diet plan suggests boiled potatoes with a little salt and pepper for breakfast, that was sooooooo good.I got to eat lots of veggies, roasted in the oven and raw in a salad.
I can't seem to get more than 8 cups of water in, my goal has been 10 cups. still working on that.
I did have a cup of green tea with mint. I'm obsessed with green tea and mint, however with out the sugar it's just not that exciting. I feel like I'm drinking medication!!!
I went out walking first thing in the morning before breakfast for a 1mile brisk walk. I think I just didn't have the energy from the day before, so that was all I could muster up to do.

Day 3 was really good, it was a mixture of fruits and veggies.
I didn't got out walking first thing in the morning like I did the first two days because we had a May blizzard the day before, so it was too cold (excuses, excuses). I did however mange to go on a 4 miles walk with a friend in the afternoon, so that makes up for it. It always nice to go walking with someones than a lone.
I had half a grapefruit for breakfast, leftover roasted veggies for lunch, a big bowl of salad for snack, and a fruit salad for dinner.
It isn't much calories, but I just don't have an appetite for some reason.
Again I had 8 cups of water, no green tea today.
I have to admit I cheated and had exactly three bites of a cake my brother made for mothers day. Tasted amazing!!!

I weighed myself just before sleeping and at the end of day 3, I'm down 5 pounds at 180. Woot! Woot! 10 more to go!

Day 1

Day 1
Drank 4 cups of water before breakfast and went for a brisk walk for 30 min.
For breakfast I had a cup of green tea and a green apple. For lunch I had a grape fruit and another green apple. For Dinner I had an orange. I've also managed to drink 4 more cups of water.

Today was brutal, I didn't get much sleep the night before and so I suffered from major headaches all day. As you can see I didn't eat much, I didn't have much of an appetite. I was able to get some sleep in the afternoon, but woke up with an even bigger headache. Because I didn't each much all day I had no energy and just stayed in my bed for the rest of the night.

I'm going to bed early so that I can have a headache free day. I'll be dreaming of a yummy salad bowl and some roasted veggies.

Pre-diet rant

I've never actually been on an actual diet plan to loose wait. I love food, and I just never felt the need to go on a strict diet plan. Anytime I've felt that I've gained some weight I usually just start working out and cutting out things like fast food and soda and I'm good to go. But ever since I hit 30 and the weight just keeps packing on and I'm not really doing anything about it. Well it's that time in my life where I'm getting married. I'm about to have a huge engagement party in exactly three weeks. I've bought a beautiful Vera Wang gown for the occasion in a size 10. The problem is I'm a size 12!!! Now the dress fits me, it just doesn't fit nicely. I've got all sorts of things hanging out from the top of the dress, not attractive at all.
I'm desperate, and when you're desperate you'll try anything. Of course I googled "how to loose wait in one week", and I found a reasonable diet plan that I feel like I can go on for the next 7 days.
So for the next 7 days I'll be documenting my meal plans and work out regiment. I'm doing this to track my progress as well as stay accountable.
Today is Friday May 8th. I weigh 185 pounds. My goal is to go down to 175 by the end of the 7 days.
This is a picture of the dress that I bought for my engagement
